Our purpose is to:

(1) Promote student interest and strengthen interdisciplinary student education within microbiology at Ball State University

(2) Promote undergraduate and graduate student research in microbiology at Ball State University and foster interest and annual attendance at the Indiana Branch and the national ASM General Meetings

(3) Provide resources for students to pursue employment or graduate and professional school opportunities in microbiology.
