Profile
| Preswinda Freeman joined the Ball State School of Nursing faculty in 2000 as a clinical instructor. She teaches in the baccalaureate program and her main focus is critical care nursing.
Preswinda began her career in nursing as a staff RN in pediatric and critical care units followed by a management position in a medical-surgical unit. She presently works as a PNR staff RN in the intensive care unit of Ball Memorial Hospital as well as a nurse practitioner for the VA CBOC Clinic. Preswinda has received many awards throughout her career with the most recent honoring her as "Nurse of Year 2001" staff nurse at Ball Memorial Hospital. Additional work experience in nursing has been as a nurse practitioner in orthopedics, family planning, Dialysis Center, and nursing home.
