Dorothy W. (Wahome) Clarke, ‘00, is the director of Food and Nutrition for Grandview Medical Center, Dayton, OH.   She is involved in teaching about diabetes "to those who are not fortunate enough to have medical insurance," and she teaches nutrition management at the University of Dayton.

Blanche Jane (Patrick) Coryell, ‘41, is a retired teacher in Seymour, who volunteers and is involved with her church. Her grandson, Brady Akers, graduated from Ball State in 2006 and granddaughter, Cori Akers, is a junior on campus.

Jane (Starkey) Cowan, ‘51, resides in Shepherdsville, KY, where she is active in Hebron Presbyterian Church as a choir member and formerly an elder. She taught for 21 years in Bullitt County Schools. Recently she completed development of a small subdivision, having sold or contributed 22 of 24 lots. She also does respite for Family Support Services (seven counties- social services and American Red Cross).

Jean (Musselman) Fleming, ‘73MS'08 has retired from teaching in the Noblesville area. She is actively involved with retired teachers, Tri Kappa, CWF, and volunteering, and is an independent consultant for Arbonne.

Jennifer (Nicholson) Jessup, ‘84, enjoys being a homemaker in Yuma, AZ, and raising money and awareness for the National Bone Marrow Registry.

Jennifer (Bryant) Martin, ‘97MA'01, is the nutrition coordinator for Community Hospital in Anderson. She has participated in the Alzheimer's Memory Walk and America's Walk for Diabetes. She is active in her church's programs and events and a community softball league.

Jennifer Nicholl, ‘98, is pursuing a degree in nursing and is the unit secretary at Elkhart General Hospital critical care unit. She enjoys riding horses and volunteers.

Staci Schafer '06, is the new sales assistant and receptionist at Ritz Charles, Carmel. Staci resides in Indianapolis, and will be the main point of contact for visitors at the upscale catering and reception hall.

Rosa (Bridegroom) Sparling, MA'77, teaches Family and Consumer Science classes at Southwood High School, Wabash. She wrote that she spends a "majority of time with family and friends, and has dedicated a lot of her life in helping special young people set goals and believe in themselves," which impacts her community and the future. She is a member of Wabash Friends Church.

Deborah (Heacox) Stevenson, ‘86, is a registered nurse in Martinsville, and with her husband Drew, BS1986, is the parent of six children from age 23 to 16.

Kasandra Wingfield, ‘94, is a consultant specialist in Indianapolis. She mentors special needs children, assisting with diet, exercise, and nutrition, and has spoken to classes at the high school she attended.

Janet (Martin) Young, MA'62, resides in Dunkirk and has retired from teaching.
