How Do I Register My Child?

Applications may be requested from the Child Study Center or downloaded from the website.  Once you have completed and returned the application, your child's name is placed on the waiting list.  When there is an opening for your child, you will be contacted and offered a contract for future enrollment.  A $50 non-refundable registration fee will be due at that time with the contract and will be applied as part of the enrollment fees for the program.  The balance of fees is paid in monthly installments.

Summer and fall enrollment begins in March.  Those who have children currently enrolled in the program have first opportunity to register for the future (enrolled children for fall automatically continue for the spring semester). Openings are filled from the waiting list and/or new applicants.

Infant/Toddler Program
1 slot per week	$192.00 per semester
2 slots per week	$384.00 per semester
3 slots per week	$576.00 per semester

Extended Hourly Care Rates Infant/ Toddler
BSU Students	$3.50 per hour
BSU Employees	$4.60 per hour
Public Rate	$5.70 per hour

Preschool Program
Summer semester 2008	$335.00 per semester
Tues./Thurs.	$360.00 per semester
Mon., Wed., Fri.	$540.00 per semester

Extended Hourly Care Rates Preschool
BSU Students	$3.15 per hour
BSU Employees	$4.20 per hour
Public Rate	$5.25 per hour

A sliding fee scale exists for hourly extended care outside of program times. BSU students, 3.35/3.00 per hour; BSU faculty/staff, 4.40/4.00 per hour; public, 5.40/5.00 per hour.
