    • Dietary Analysis
    • Bone Density Analysis
    • Nutrition Counseling
    • Nutrition Education Classes 

    The Nutrition Assessment Laboratory is staffed by Dietetics students and supervised by Nutrition faculty in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences.  This lab, funded by The Lilly Foundation, was established to help the Ball State community assess their nutrition-related health habits and behaviors and to assist them in making healthier food choices.  The lab provides a superior supervised immersive learning experience for our dietetics students.  Supervised lab assistants are available during the open lab hours or by appointment Monday through Friday.

    Monday:  12:00pm - 2:00pm
    Tuesday:  11:00am-2:00pm
    Wednesday:  12:00pm - 2:00pm
    Thursday:  11:00am-2:00pm
