The Lower Great Lakes Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences recognizes excellence and promotes the highest standards in television professionalism.  And among this year's recipients was the thirty-five minute children's educational movie about the history of the communal Harmony Society in New Harmony, IN.  DVDs of the program were distributed to every school in Indiana to aid in the teaching of state history.

Finding Harmony won the 2008 Regional Emmy for Outstanding Children/Youth Special.  History professor Dr. Morris partnered with Ball State telecommunications graduate Jeff Laub to create this award winning DVD.
