Giving Tree Project

Located in our waiting area, Our Giving Tree is a unique symbol that honors the generosity of our supporters and showcases our clinics' core values. Each leaf and Cardinal on the tree will represent a monetary donation, with donors able to personalize their piece with a custom message or tribute. Contributions to the "Giving Tree" will support essential health, developmental and wellbeing services for our community members. Each piece of the tree represents a tangible difference in the lives of individuals and families of East Central Indiana and beyond.
