In 1964, Don Neuen proposed a new entertainment group at Ball State University; one filled with singers who presented popular music, who utilized folk music to entertain, who broke out of the classical choral mode. The result: Ball State University Singers! Now well into their fifth decade, the group continues to blaze new trails in entertainment and leadership development. Over the years, the group has performed at two presidential inaugurations and two world’s fair, twice been named the best collegiate entertainment group in the United States, traveled to nearly 30 foreign countries on three continents, and not to mention entertained countless happy audiences.
