Indiana Supreme Court upholds police entry case

The Indiana Supreme Court has upheld a decision that makes it illegal to resist police officers who enter a home without a search warrant.  Attorneys on both sides of the controversial Barnes v. State case had asked for the court to reconsider the original decision which overturned centuries of common law.  Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith explains the court’s second opinion.
