StateImpact Indiana: Letter Grades

State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tony Bennett talks a lot about accountability. But according to experts, it can be tough for the state’s smallest schools to measure up in the increasingly results-driven world of education.  As StateImpact Indiana’s Ben Skirvin reports, low enrollment, a rough economy and, sometimes, simple geography can work against schools trying to make the grade.
