StateImpact Indiana: Mitch Daniels’ New Job

The Purdue Board of Trustees had nothing but praise for Mitch Daniels last week as they voted unanimously to make Indiana’s governor the university’s next president. Daniels won’t take office until January, but as StateImpact Indiana’s Elle (pronounced “Ellie”) Moxley reports, students, faculty and alumni are already speculating about what Daniels’ selection will mean for Purdue — and for higher education.
