StateImpact Indiana: Wyoming Tests

By now, you know the story: All over the state, online standardized tests freeze. Schools’ accountability ratings hang in the balance. A third-party review will determine whether the results are valid. Indiana teachers will recognize this as the story of this year’s ISTEP exam. But teachers in another state will recognize it too. As StateImpact Indiana’s Kyle Stokes reports, it’s also the story of Wyoming’s first foray into online standardized testing three years ago.
