StateImpact Indiana: Why didn’t every school get a better A-F grade in 2012?

By now, Indiana is familiar with the story of how former state superintendent Tony Bennett’s staff changed the A-F letter grading formula for schools to benefit a favorite charter school – Christel House Academy.  But more than 160 other schools also saw higher grades because of the changes.  StateImpact Indiana’s Kyle Stokes explains why some schools benefited… and others did not.
