Kristen Bitzegaio

Outreach Coordinator

Kristen joined the staff at Indiana Public Radio in 2010. As the outreach coordinator, she is responsible for managing the station’s season partnerships with area nonprofits. Kristen also serves as the liaison for IPR’s advisory council and edits WAVES (the members’ monthly newsletter).

Kristen has her bachelor of arts degree in public relations from Ball State University. Prior to becoming a staff member at IPR, Kristen worked for four years as a marketing assistant at WIPB-TV and one year as marketing director for an east central Indiana workforce development agency.

Kristen is involved with Muncie Young Professionals, Women in Business Unlimited and Tri Kappa. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, reading and listening to Wait, Wait… Don’t Tell Me! on the weekend.
