Anderson mayor wants to annex land to attract businesses

The mayor of Anderson wants to annex 21 square miles of land around the city in an effort to regain property tax revenue and spur interest by new businesses.  IPR’s Stephanie Wiechmann talks with the mayor about the plan.

The annexation town hall meeting begins at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, March 6 at the Trinity Life Center in Pendleton.
