Ball State University files eminent domain request for Hiatt Printing

The Ball State Board of Trustees unanimously voted today to file a complaint with Delaware County to use eminent domain to acquire the land next to campus where local business Hiatt Printing sits. IPR’s Sarah Phinney reports.
