Commission for Higher Education wants more Hoosiers to have college degrees

The Indiana Commission for Higher Education wants sixty percent of Hoosier adults to have some sort of post-secondary certificate or degree by 2025.  As Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports, the Commission unveiled its strategic plan today at a meeting of the Education Roundtable.
