Democratic legislative leaders want debate on healthcare expansion

Governor Mike Pence continues to reject the idea of expanding Medicaid coverage to more Hoosiers under the Affordable Care Act. Pence says he’s unconvinced the idea is fiscally responsible or gives Indiana enough flexibility. But as Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports, Democratic lawmakers say the GOP has to stop sidestepping the issue.
