Group takes Indiana marriage statute to federal court

A secular organization is taking on Indiana’s marriage statute in federal court. The Center for Inquiry says the statue is unconstitutional because it doesn’t allow non-religious organizations to marry Hoosiers. But as Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports, the state says allowing CFI to marry people could open the doors to any group.
