Hoosiers protest Citizens United decision in Indianapolis

Protesters rallying in Indianapolis today called for a constitutional amendment to undo the Citizens United Supreme Court decision.  As Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports, the rally focused its anger on the increase in political spending as a result of the decision.
