Indiana education officials give schools progress letter grades

Indiana’s State Board of Education released and approved school progress letter grades today  and it’s the first year that grades were based on new rules in the state’s No Child Left Behind waver.   As StateImpact Indiana’s Elle Moxley reports, the scores were much better than some critics of the new measure had predicted.
