Indiana House Republicans present budget with no Pence tax cut

The House Republican budget proposal does not include Governor Mike Pence’s proposed ten percent income tax cut.  But as Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports, the Minority Leader promises the cut will get an up or down vote on the House floor.
