Indiana state schools chief to head Florida’s schools next year

Ousted Indiana Superintendent of Public Instruction Tony Bennett has a new job — Florida Commissioner of Education. Florida’s Board of Education voted this morning to give Bennett the Sunshine State’s top appointed education job. As StateImpact Indiana’s Elle Moxley reports, the policies Bennett enacted in the Hoosier State helped land him the job.
