Indiana woman files lawsuit over fungal meningitis outbreak

A Shelbyville law firm has filed the first lawsuit in Indiana related to an outbreak of fungal meningitis.  Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Stan Jastrzebski reports.

The Indiana State Department of Health today announced one new case of fungal meningitis – bringing the state total to 35.  Two Indiana patients have died.
