Judge denies Secretary of State White’s immunity request

A Marion County judge has ruled that Secretary of State Charlie White’s testimony at an Indiana Recount Commission hearing tomorrow can be used in his upcoming criminal trial. Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports.
