Lawmakers polish bill for permanent outdoor stage rules

A year and a half after the Indiana State Fair stage collapse, state lawmakers are ready to enact permanent rules aimed at preventing future tragedies at outdoor events. Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports.
