Learning about life below the poverty line

A local poverty awareness organization is spending the entire year trying to show all of Delaware County what it’s like to live in poverty. This weekend, Teamwork for Quality Living staged a simulation to show the community some of the frustrations involved with surviving below the poverty line. IPR’s Payne Horning reports.
