Legislature considers giving extra money to State Fair victims and full-day kindergarten

A bill in the Senate would boost compensation to State Fair stage collapse victims and give more money to full-day kindergarten.  The money comes from recently-discovered state revenues.  Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports.
