State Treasurer Richard Mourdock says his opponent in the Republican primary for US Senate, incumbent Richard Lugar, takes the wrong stance on appointing judicial nominees.  As Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports, Mourdock calls it a critical issue in the campaign.
