Muncie City Council passes ordinance aimed at curbing large power substation

Muncie’s city government is joining forces with the city’s Kenmore neighborhood, a local university, and a local hospital to oppose a large proposed power substation from Indiana Michigan Power.  As IPR’s Sarah Phinney reports, the city council passed an ordinance last night that would make it more difficult for the project to be built.
