Pence and Donnelly speak on sequestration in Indiana

Indiana Senator Joe Donnelly says it appears sequestration cuts will go into effect before a deal is reached in Congress, though he says negotiations won’t stop with the Friday deadline.  And as Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports, Governor Mike Pence says the state is planning for the cuts.
