Postal Service discusses plan to close Muncie facilities with public

The US Postal Service ended its fiscal year with a net loss of more than five billion dollars. Trying to return the mail system to profitability could mean job losses and closed facilities in Muncie. IPR’s Sarah Phinney reports from a public meeting last night, where possible changes were discussed.
