Republican leaders wait on gay marriage ban until 2014

Legislative leaders announced today the General Assembly will not take action this session on a constitutional amendment banning same sex marriage.  As Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports, they say it’s the US Supreme Court causing the delay.
