State releases IREAD-3 test results

More than 11,000 Indiana third graders did not pass a high-stakes test of their reading skills this year.  State education officials released the results of that test today.  But as StateImpact Indiana’s Kyle Stokes reports, the state’s numbers show better than four out of every five Indiana third graders did pass the IREAD-3 exam.
