State Supreme Court hears school voucher lawsuit this week

Beginning this week, the Indiana Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in a lawsuit challenging the state’s school voucher program. As Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports, one analyst says the challenge is facing an uphill battle.
