School districts across Indiana say they’re feeling the pinch of the property tax cap. Twenty-five school districts asked voters for more money over the past year. Sixteen were turned down. In Marion County’s Franklin Township schools, the budget cuts mean students must pay to be bused to school. StateImpact Indiana’s Kyle Stokes reports from the first-week traffic jam outside the middle school.
