Veteran-owned businesses get support from Republican state senator

A Republican state senator wants each state agency to set aside 10 percent of its contracts every year for veteran-owned small businesses.  As Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports, supporters say the measure will help reduce veteran unemployment.
