Will more transparency in student loans make a difference in Indiana?

In May, the US Senate introduced a bill with much fanfare that is supposed to prevent students from financially overextending themselves to go to college. If passed, it would improve transparency about the cost of a college education. But the bill still has a long way to go before even a vote in Congress. And as IPR’s Jingxia Wei reports, will it even make a difference in how much Hoosier students know about financial aid?
