Get Involved with Late Nite @ Ball State

We at Late Nite are proud of the many successful programs that we have provided on a weekly basis for the students of Ball State University. Without your student input, Late Nite would not be the "Best Party on Campus!"

There are many ways to get involved with Late Nite @ Ball State! With such a variety of fun and exciting features each week, the line-up is packed with great activities to keep you entertained! And your help is needed to generate fresh, creative ideas to draw in a variety of students.

Here's how YOU can get involved with Late Nite @ Ball State:

Late Nite Advisory Board
The purpose of the Late Nite Advisory Board is to serve as the common link between the Ball State University student body and the Late Nite @ Ball State Program. Volunteering with Late Nite
Why volunteer? Volunteers range from individuals seeking opportunities for community service hours through their student organization or major/minor to groups of students opting for a team-building or outreach experience. Whatever the reason, you are welcome to volunteer with Late Nite @ Ball State.

Additionally, there are many great reasons to get involved through volunteering:

  • Meet new people, and try new things
  • Build your confidence and challenge yourself
  • Strengthen your existing skills and abilities and develop new ones
  • Have an opportunity to develop expert knowledge and skills

Co-Sponsoring Late Nite
When seeking co-sponsorship with Late Nite, there are a few options:

1. Students or Groups are able to "co-sponsor" by providing labor hours with the group being divided among several Late Nite tasks such as registration, games, food, etc.

2. Students or Groups are able to create their own activity/area and work that space as a group. This allows for some creative freedom as a student group. (Example: the International Center is interested in co-sponsoring an international game at Around the World Late Nite).

If you are interested in getting involved by joining the Late Nite team, please submit an application to get started!

For Volunteer or Co-sponsorship information, please contact us by emailing latenite@bsu.edu or calling the Office of Student Center Programs at (765) 285-1031. We would be happy to answer any questions.
