He holds advanced degrees from Ball State and Northwestern Universities. He was the hornist with the Musical Arts Quintet, woodwind quintet in residence at Ball State, and was the principal horn of the Muncie Symphony Orchestra. He also served as the principal horn of the Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra and the Marion Philharmonic. Prior to his appointment at Ball State, he was a member of the Buffalo Philharmonic. the Atlantic Symphony of Halifax, Nova Scotia, and the Kurt Graunke Orchestra of Munich, Germany. He has appeared as soloist on several occasions with the Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra and the Marion Philharmonic, and also with the Anderson (IN) Symphony and the Indianapolis Philharmonic. |
