Dump Your Plump: 46 company teams, 345 participants, weight lost 2,315 pounds

New programs for adults: Dump Your Plump, smoking cessation classes, 5K community walk, Healthy People/Healthy Park Day and grocery store tours.
New programs for youth: Members of the Mileage Club, an after-school walking program, have taken enough steps to march across the United States and back at least four times already. Other programs include Jumping is Fun, yoga, tumbling/cheerleading, tae kwon do and Toddlers on the Move.
