Dunham will present "The Internet and the Assessment of Market Failure" at 3 p.m. Nov. 1 in the Whitinger Building, room 144.
He graduated from Ball State in 1987 and earned a doctorate degree in economics from the University of Rochester in 1995. Since then, he has worked in the justice department's economic analysis group and participated in the investigation and litigation of the government's antitrust cases, such as the one against Microsoft in 1998.
Admission is free and open to the public. Seating will be on a space-available basis. Proof of attendance and credit toward the Advanced Professionalism Certificate will also be available.
