2009 Indiana School Nurse Conference

Register for this Course

Registered nurses practicing as school nurses from across the state of Indiana who are interested in learning, being challenged professionally, connecting with other professionals, and networking should plan to attend this conference. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from the successes of others, develop a professional peer network, learn how partnering can aid in student success and leave with a renewed enthusiasm to assist you in serving as advocates for school health. .

Two hours of college credit are available from Ball State University if two full days are attended and assignments completed satisfactorily. The application deadline for college credit is September 15th.

1. Download the Conference Information Booklet.
2. Apply or re-apply to the Graduate School
   • $25 if you have earned any degree from Ball State
   • $35 if you have not earned a degree from Ball State
     • call (765) 285-1297 to determine your status
   • Register for the workshop
     • Obtain your student ID number, username, and password
       • Your username and password can be obtained by visiting Unverisity Computing Services for on campus classes or contacting the Distance Education Program for off campus classes.

     • Contact the course instructor and provide him or her with your ID # to request permission for the workshop

     • Register for class (see below for courses and registration links)

Allow a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the start of the course to complete the required registration steps.
