Required:
- Doctorate in Public Health, Health Promotion, Community Health or closely related field by date of appointment
- teaching experience at least as a graduate assistant.
Preferred:
- C.H.E.S.
- experience advising students.
Position Responsibilities
teaching undergraduate and graduate Public and School Health Education classes, supervising undergraduate and graduate interns and serving on master's thesis committees; advising undergraduate and graduate students, and assisting with student recruitment; assisting with sponsorship of student organizations; conducting research, and publishing and presenting results at professional meetings; becoming and remaining actively involved in professional organizations; serving on department, school, and university committees, and providing service to the community; and assisting in curriculum development, outreach, and student outcomes assessment.
