Important concepts in purchasing foods, sanitation, food safety, and employee training. Information needed by quantity food buyers and foodservice personnel. Become eligible to take the National Restaurant Association Foundation Sanitation certification examination. Prerequisite: FCSFN 110 or permission of the department chairperson.
