BSU Fitness
BSU Fit offers many trained instructors who teach a variety of fitness classes for all levels of fitness. We offer over 50 classes each week during the school year. Some of those include Cycling, Pilates, Zumba, PIYO, and strength training. These classes are offered year round and will challenge the fitness levels of all participants.

Fitness Class Policies
To attend a fitness class, you must be a current BSU affiliate and purchase a fitness pass.
Participants are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes early to the following class due to equipment usage: Cycle, Bootcamp, PumpIt, Total Body Tone, Step classes, CroxxTraining, and H.I.I.T.

Advanced Step
If you regularly attend Step or Step and Sculpt, you may enjoy the new challenge of Advanced Step. This class takes the choreography of Step to a more complex and intense level. Previous experience recommended..All About Arms
Just like the name says, this class focuses on arm strength and toning. This class will lengthen muscles in order to create a sleek and toned upper body.Aqua Fit
A class designed to get you splashin' in the pool with fun, safe, and effective water exercises for all ages and fitness levels! This class will get your heart pumping, while strengthening and sculpting your muscles. Instructors will provide a combination of cardiovascular and strength exercises in the deep and shallow water using flotation belts, dumbells, kickboards, noodles, and more.This class is also great for those with joint problems or injuries because the water helps reduce impact to the joints while still providing resistance. The bonus of water exercise is low to no impact or stress on the body.
Aqua Zumba TM
Known as the Zumba “pool party”, the Aqua Zumba program gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, the Aqua Zumba class blends it all together into a safe and challenging workout that’s cardio-conditioning and body-toning.Bootcamp
If you like workouts that are constantly varied and intense, then Bootcamp is the class for you! This high-energy class is guaranteed to boost your workout to new heights. Bootcamp will work to improve your cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, and muscular strength all at the same time.BOSU Intervals
Every exercise conducted in this class utilizes the BOSU Balance Trainer. The BOSU Balance Trainer has both round and flat sides that allow for added versatility and challenge to an incredible range of activities: cardio, strength training, athletic and sport conditioning, core training, and mind/body workouts.Cardio Tone

Pass Information
A 5 class pass lets you attend any 5 fitness classes of your choice for that semester. A 10 and 20 class pass lets you attend 10 and 20 fitness classes of your choice for that semester. An unlimited semester pass gives you the opportunity to attend as many classes as you wish for that semester, while an unlimited academic pass is good for the fall/spring semesters. Summer passes are good for the summer only!
To register for a fitness pass please Click Here. If you prefer to pay with a credit or debit card, please fill out the registration and pay online, but if you wish to pay with cash or check or payroll deduction, please fill out the registration online and pay the fee at the main office. Participants will need to pick up their passes at Office of Recreation.

Payroll Deduction
Faculty/Staff who are benefit eligible can purchase unlimited semester or academic year passes for themselves or spouses/partners via payroll deduction.
Students employed on campus (grad students, grad assistant and undergrads) are not eligible for payroll deduction.Downloadable Forms

Refund Policy
The only times Recreation Services will issue refunds are for the following:
-Recreation Services cancels the class due to lack of enrollment
-Participants relocate from the university
-Participants have a documented medical issue that prevents them from participating
