Indoor Climbing Wall
Experience the excitement and fun of rock climbing right here at BSU! So, you've never climbed before? That's OK! We'll show you the ropes and help you learn the techniques for moving over stone safely and efficiently. The BSU climbing wall features challenges for climbers of all ability levels as well as a variety of clinics and competitions to help you grow as a climber or just have fun with your friends.

Belay Clinics
The Belay Clinic covers:
- Break Underhand Slide (B.U.S.) Belay Technique
- ATC belay devices
- Proper use and tie-ins of harnesses
- Belay commands

Boulder Ball Competition
Competition check in begins at 6:00pm outside the climbing wall. The competition will begin at 7:00pm. Participants must comply with all regulations and rules associated with climbing at the Ball State University Climbing Wall. All participants must be 18 or older and complete the liability waiver and rules release. Anyone 17 must have a parent sign the liability and rules release. All registration fees are non-refundable.
Cost: $15/Affiliates, $20//Non-Affiliates

Manly Mondays
Want to come out to the rock wall with your bros? Show each other up on Mondays in February on manly Mondays! Shoe and chalk bag rentals are free of charge for all you muscle men. So come out and join the rock wall crew!

Womanly Wednesdays
Tired of all those boys trying to impress you ladies? Join us at the rock wall on Wednesdays in February for Womanly Wednesdays. The shoe and chalk bag rentals will be free of charge, so come out and get your climb on!
