Your Campus Visit:

Free housing is available for one night, Friday, February 22, in study lounges in the residence hall that will accommodate up to six visitors. You will need to bring your own sheets or sleeping bags, pillows, and towels.  There may also be a small number of unassigned residence hall rooms. 

If you prefer to stay at a hotel and pay for your lodging, a block of rooms are on reserve at Ball State University's Student Center Hotel at a special group rate.  The hotel is located directly across the street from the Administration Building where registration is held for Interview/Visit Day.  Please call 765-285-1555 to make your reservation at the Student Center Hotel.  Be sure to ask for the rooms held for the Student Affairs Graduate Program in order to receive the group rate.  Rooms are available at this rate for February 22 and/or February 23.

Other hotels in the area include:

On Saturday, February 23, visitors may park in any regular parking space on campus EXCEPT for metered spaces and special posted spaces (BSU Service Vehicles, Handicapped, Director, etc.).

If you are parking on campus Friday, February 22, you should observe all posted parking information.  Visitors staying on campus, either at the residence halls or the Student Center Hotel, on Friday, February 22, will receive a parking permit at check-in.
