PEFWL 100 - Physical Conditioning.
Designed to increase fitness through twice weekly aerobic sessions. May include jogging, fitness walking, circuit training, swimnastics, aerobic dance, aerobic games, and weight training. Includes one hour of lecture weekly containing a common core of knowledge concerning fitness, health, and wellness. Not open to students who have credit in PEFWL 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 117, 148, 160, 217. College: Applied Science & Tech.
