Sali Falling serves as the vice president and general counsel for Ball State University. In this role, she directs the representation of Ball State University in all legal matters and serves as the chief legal advisor to the president, Board of Trustees, and senior administrators. Falling also oversees the Office of General Counsel.

Ms. Falling began her work with Ball State University in 1989 and has held the positions of coordinator of student health education, director of equal opportunity and affirmative action, Director of University Compliance, executive director of University Compliance and now vice president and general counsel. She has also served as an Instructor in the Department of Nutrition and Health Science.

Ms. Falling received her baccalaureate in psychology from Anderson University in 1986, a master of arts degree in health science from Ball State University in 1988 and a doctor of jurisprudence from the Indiana University School of Law in December of 1995.
